** Shares of Ragusa Minerals Ltd  RAS.AX  rise as much as
11.2% to A$0.099 - set for best day since Feb 9, if current
gains hold 
    ** Gold explorer says final drilling identified high-grade
halloysite and elevated rare earth element at its Burracoppin
project in Western Australia
    ** RAS hits its highest level since March 7
    ** Stock down ~23% this year, as of last close
