as 7.3% to 13.95p
    ** The miner of rare earth minerals enters into Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) with concentrated phosphate and potash
producer The Mosaic Co
    ** MoU to conduct a preliminary economic assessment on
extraction of rare earth elements from Mosaic's phosphogypsum
stack in the Uberaba area of Minas Gerais in Brazil
    ** Co says will look to jointly develop a process flowsheet
to extract rare earth elements from Uberaba stack
    ** Stock currently up 4.3%, taking YTD gains to 39%
