Japan's Rakuten says card unit in alliance talks with Mizuho
TOKYO, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Japan's Rakuten Group
4755.T said on Monday its credit card unit and Mizuho
Financial Group 8411.T were in talks to forge a capital and
business alliance.
Rakuten also said it was cancelling a planned reorganisation
of its financial technology business.
