Australia's Resapp Health climbs on sweetened takeover bid

** Shares of Resapp Health Ltd  RAP.AX  rise as much as 4.2%
to A$0.125, marking their biggest intraday percentage gain since
July 22 
    ** Co says Pfizer Inc's  PFE.N  Australian unit increased
its offer by one Australian cent to buy the digital healthcare
services provider for A$0.208 per share, valuing it at A$178.7

    ** Says it recommends shareholders vote in favour of the
revised scheme in the absence of a superior proposal   
    ** RAP up 84.6% this year, as of last close
