Australia's Resapp Health hits near 2-year high as Pfizer raises deal consideration

** Shares of Resapp Health  RAP.AX  soar as much as 54.6% to
A$0.17, hitting their highest since July 2, 2020
    ** Digital healthcare services provider says Pfizer  PFE.N 
agreed to increase its scheme consideration for unit to buy the
entire stake of RAP  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2Y1000
    ** RAP says U.S.-listed drugmaker will raise consideration
to A$0.207 per share from A$0.115 if confirmatory data readout
condition is satisfied 
    ** RAP says if the above condition is not satisfied then
Pfizer will increase consideration to A$0.146 per share 
    ** About 4.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of 2.7 mln shares 
    ** Stock up 69.2% this year, as of last close
