A$0.033, on track for their best day since March 30, if gains
hold 
    ** The rare-earths firm signs memorandum of understanding
(MOU) with fertilizer co Nitron
    ** Says MOU for Stage 1 and Stage 2 production from co's
Cummins Range Rare Earths & Phosphate project in Western
Australia 
    ** Co's shares hit highest level since Oct 9
    ** About 1.3 mln shares change hands, compared with 30-day
average trading volume of 458,322 shares 
    ** RareX stock down 44.4% YTD, as of last close
