** Shares of RareX Limited  REE.AX  rise as much as 5% to
A$0.042, hitting their highest since June 20
    ** The rare-earths explorer says it found monazite-apatite
phosphate concentrate at Cummins Range Rare Earths & Phosphate
Project in Western Australia 
    ** Co says scoping study for the stage-1 direct shipping ore
mining operation and stage-2 phosphate beneficiation is
scheduled for delivery in July 2023
    ** Stock has fallen nearly 26% YTD, as of last close
