Australia's Rarex eyes best day in 5 months on rare-earths finds at WA project

** Shares of rare-earths explorer RareX  REE.AX  rise as
much as 13.9% to A$0.074, on track for best day since April 11,
if gains hold
    ** Co announces extensive phosphate and rare-earths mineral
system at its Cummins Range rare-earths and phosphate project in
Western Australia (https://bit.ly/3LGPKJH)
    ** Says drilling results show that the Cummins Range is
emerging as a major phosphate and rare-earths system 
    ** Stock hits highest level since Aug 17
    ** More than 6 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average of about 2 mln shares 
    ** As of last close, REE stock down ~34.3% YTD
