Resignation of Non-Executive Director

 

Following the announcement today from the Co-op, confirming Wais Shaifta has joined them as Chief Growth Officer, the Board of Reach plc announces that Wais Shaifta will step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company from 31 October 2025.

 

Nick Prettejohn, Chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Wais for his service and valuable contribution during his tenure as a Non-Executive Director."

 

This announcement is made in compliance with the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 6.4.6.
