2021 Annual Report and Accounts

 

The Company has today published on its website www.reachplc.com
(http://www.reachplc.com)  the Annual Report and Accounts for the period
ended 26 December 2021 (the "2021 Annual Report").

For those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications,
copies of the 2021 Annual Report are due to be posted to shareholders shortly.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA), a copy of the 2021 Annual Report will be submitted to the UK Listing
Authority and will be available for public inspection at the National Storage
Mechanism (NSM) https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The information included in the final results announcement released on 1 March
2022 constitutes the materials required by the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
