2025 Annual Report and Accounts

 

The Company has today published on its website www.reachplc.com
(http://www.reachplc.com) the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended
31 December 2025 (the 2025 Annual Report).

For those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications,
copies of the 2025 Annual Report are due to be posted to shareholders shortly.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1 of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA), a copy of the 2025 Annual Report will be submitted to the FCA and will
be available for public inspection at the National Storage Mechanism,
