Reach plc completes acquisition of publishing assets in Ireland from Northern & Shell



 
Following clearance by the competition authorities in the Republic of Ireland and further to the completion of the acquisition of Northern & Shell's UK publishing assets announced on 1 March 2018, Reach plc is pleased to confirm that it has completed the acquisition of the 50% equity interest in Independent Star Limited for £4.5 million and the 100% equity interest in International Distribution 2018 Limited for £0.5 million.
