Notice of results

Reach plc will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December
2025 on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 at 07:00am (UK).

Results presentation and webcast arrangements

Piers North, Chief Executive Officer, and Darren Fisher, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a presentation for investors and analysts at 9:00am (UK) on
Tuesday, 3 March 2026 at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP's offices, 3 More London
Riverside, London SE1 2AQ. If you plan to attend the results presentation in
person, please email investorrelations@reachplc.com.

 

A live webcast of the presentation, including Q&A, will be available via
our website at www.reachplc.com/investors (https://www.reachplc.com/investors)
