The Board is pleased to announce that Jeremy Rhodes has been appointed Group Company Secretary with effect from 26th January 2015. Jeremy has extensive company secretarial and governance experience having worked with a number of UK and internationally listed companies across a range of sectors. Most recently Jeremy was Interim Senior Company Secretary with Jupiter Fund Management plc.
