Softcat plcwas admittedto the Official List and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange'smain market for listed securities with effect from Wednesday 18 November 2015.
In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR9.6.14R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Lee Ginsberg.
