Donal Smith, non-executive director, has informed the Company of his intention to step down at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7th May 2015, due to increased business commitments.
David Grigson, Chairman, commented "I would like to extend my thanks to Donal who has provided invaluable support and assistance to the Board over the past 3 years and I wish him well for the future."
