Further to the announcement released on 16 November 2017, Trinity Mirror plcannounces thatNick Prettejohnis expected to join the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') as non-executive director and Chairman Designate during March 2018, and will become Chairman on 3 May 2018, at the end of the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
