TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In compliance with R 5.6.1 of the FCA`s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 30 October 2015 (being the last trading day in October) was 280,088,561 ordinary shares with voting rights and a nominal value of 10 pence each. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 280,088,561.
The above figure (280,088,561 ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
