** Shares of Reach Resources Ltd  RR1.AX  rise as much as
25% to A$0.005, set for best day since Feb 06, if gains hold 
    ** The gold and base metal explorer identifies multiple new
lithium pegmatite targets in co's Critical Elements projects
located in Western Australia 
    ** Says independent geological experts and RSC consultants
have identified four priority target areas for
Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum pegmatites at the projects
    ** Co shares down 20% YTD as of last close
