Australia's ReadCloud climbs as software maker swings to H1 profit

** Shares of e-learning software maker ReadCloud  RCL.AX 
climb as much as 9.1% to A$0.24, their highest level since May
18
    ** Reports first-half consolidated statutory profit after
tax of A$1.2 million ($854,539), after reporting a loss of A$0.2
million a year earlier  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASXhVQQp 
    ** Consolidated revenue and other income for the half-year
climbs 33% to A$7.1 million 
    ** Says revenue growth is a combination of organic growth
and the acquisition of Ripponlea Institute, completed in June
2021
    ** Stock down 15.4% YTD, as of last close
