** Shares of e-learning software maker ReadCloud Ltd
 RCL.AX  rise as much 10.17% to A$0.065, their highest level
since May 7
    ** Co posts HY profit after providing for income tax of
A$420,164 ($279,703.17), compared to loss of A$238,017 from a
year earlier
    ** Adds, HY revenue from ordinary activities was A$8.1 mln,
up 13% from a year earlier
    ** 299,832 shares changed hands by 0203 GMT, 2 times the
30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock has risen 25.53% so far this year, as of last close
