Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real
Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of commercial property across
all sectors, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 Annual Report") with notice of the
Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), which will be held at
11am on 20 May 2026 at 2nd floor, 75-77 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2AP, have
been sent to shareholders and are now available to view on the Company's

ongoing disposal programme will be dictated by market conditions, with an
initial focus on repaying the Company's debt. In the meantime, it is the
Board's intention to continue paying a fully covered quarterly dividend.
