EMTN Programme: publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") today announces that the following
supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary  Prospectus") has been approved
by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.

 

A supplement to the base prospectus dated 29 August 2025 (the "Base
Prospectus") in respect of Reckitt Benckiser Treasury Services plc's
£10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, guaranteed by the Company.

 

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at and can be
