The Company was informed today that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu
have, on 9(th)

January 2023, purchased 122,222 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price

of €0.08 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is
the beneficial

owner either directly or indirectly of 81,985,081 Ordinary Shares,
representing 60.47% of the

total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
