Reconstruction Capital II Limited (the "Company")

 

Share Dealing

 

The Company was notified that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have on
20 November 2023 purchased 3,268,996 ordinary shares of €0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.0592 per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or
indirectly of 85,254,077 Ordinary Shares, representing 62.88% of the total
issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
