Transaction in Own Shares
 
Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 21 January 2019, it purchased for cancellation 1,710,611 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.16 per share.
 
Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 138,621,765. The above number of 138,621,765 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
