25% to A$0.005, their highest level since Sept 12
    ** Stock sees best day since Sept 12, if gains hold
    ** Gold miner says Bureau of Land Management Nevada granted
permit approval for phase II drilling program at co's offshore
mine in U.S.
    ** Around ~9.0 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 1.9 mln shares
    ** Stock has fallen 11.1% this year as of last close
