** Diversified miner acquires Utah Antimony project, expanding its U.S. critical minerals portfolio

** Says project directly adjoins Trigg Minerals' TMG.AX antimony Canyon project, one of the largest and highest-grade antimony projects in the U.S.

** Stock sees busiest session since June 27, with ~56.4 mln shares traded - 19.1x the 30-day avg

** YTD, RMX gains 44.4%
