Update on Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast

5 August 2025

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development
company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons
principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on the Company's
activities in Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast.

The Company has signed a contract with Le Bureau des Mines et de la Géologie
du Burkina (BUMIGEB) under which BUMIGEB will (1) undertake over a period of
two months a 1:50000 outcrop and geological mapping of the entirety of the
Company's Boulon gold exploration licence in the vicinity of the regional
centre of Banfora, and (2) carry out rock chip sampling.

The work will be carried out in conjunction with the Company's geologists who
have been working on site and have now been joined by the team from BUMIGEB.

BUMIGEB has provided in addition quotations for 2,000m and 4,000m of auger
drilling on the licence, and it is intended that as the mapping programme
advances the Company will contract for an auger drilling programme which will
feed into the planned test production work.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "It was necessary to begin timely work
on the licence to comply with conditions imposed on our subsidiary as
licensee. Another consideration was that the high degree of interest in this
licence had led to an increase in artisanal activity, some externally funded
and involving the use of yellow goods. Within the last two months the
Government has cracked down on illegal activity and these contractors have
left. While they are absent, and during the wet weather, we have an
opportunity to establish activity and presence in all key areas. We welcome
our partnership with BUMIGEB, who bring great local experience and
connections, and we welcome the opportunity this gives for us and our work
partners to develop our joint capabilities.

We continue to assess which assets are non-core to the Company's future
operations, and are pursuing a sale transaction, where we have already been
paid for a short exclusivity, in Ivory Coast."

In the Ivory Coast, the Company assessed three serious approaches for purchase
or partnership of part or all of its tenement package The Company yesterday
received a AUD60,000 exclusivity fee giving a proposed acquirer of Ivory Coast
assets a 30 day exclusivity.
