Mr. Michael Charles Nott, a director of the company has advised the Company that he has transferred 15,742,563 shares in the company into the joint ownership of both himself and his wife Mrs Anna Nott.
The total ordinary shares in the company owned and deemed to be controlled by Mr Nott remains unchanged at 18,481,045. 
The balance and difference in the two quoted share figures are that 2,738,482 are held in the Company Share Incentive Plan (SIP).
