Further to the announcement of 28 July 2016 relating to the Company's investment in Goldstone Resources Ltd ("GRL"), Red Rock Resources plc, the mining and exploration company with interests in gold and oil production, today announces that it has disposed of 1,350,000 shares in GRL for net proceeds of 15,625.
Following these disposals, Red Rock's holding in GRL consists of 8,113,986 shares or 7.93% of GRL's issued share capital.
