Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company focussed on
gold, with developing interests in copper, cobalt, and other minerals,
announces the on-market purchase of shares by Andrew Bell, a Director.

On 14 March 2022 Mr Andrew Bell, a Director of the Company, bought 2,000,000
ordinary shares of Red Rock Resources Plc at a price of £0.004375 per share.
