Red Rock Resources PLC

("Red Rock" or the "Company")

Update - Zimbabwe

EIA submitted for Zimbabwe lithium mining project

Red Rock Resources Plc (LON:RRR), a natural resource development company with
interests in gold and base metals, principally in Africa and Australia,
announces an update on the Company's operations in Zimbabwe.

Further to the Company's announcement of 19 December 2022 and the Update of 8
March 2023 in relation to Red Rock's lithium projects in Zimbabwe, the Company
announces the following progress:

- Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Site of Works Plan for Tin
Hill approved by the Environmental Management Agency in January 2023

- Stakeholder and Community Engagement completed and so:

- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for Tin Hill now submitted

Appearance of illegal miners on site in February caused two weeks delay while
they were removed.

Approval of the EIA may occur from mid-April onwards (to be confirmed in due
course), and then additional geologists and staff will be mobilised to site
and after two weeks of pre-mining preparatory work trial mining can begin.

Work continues on progressing licences for other areas.

Andrew Bell, Chairman of Red Rock Resources Plc commented:

"Work has progressed in Zimbabwe on key administrative, technical and
regulatory tasks, and with the conclusion of the community engagement
programme we have now filed the complete EIA for our first planned lithium
production site, Tin Hill, for approval. In February illegal miners appeared
on site but prompt action ensured that only a minimal delay of about two weeks
was caused before we were back on track.

We look forward to updating the market over the next weeks as we move towards
first production."
