Results of Annual General Meeting

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company, with
interests in gold, base metals, battery metals and hydrocarbons, principally
in Africa and Australia, announces that at the Annual General Meeting, held
today 16 February 2024 at 2:00 pm, resolutions 1, 3, 4 and 5 have been passed
on a show of hands and resolution 2 has been withdrawn and Scott Kaintz has
accordingly retired as a Director and remains as CFO.
