RNS Number : 2953A Red Rock Resources plc 22 September 2025
Red Rock Resources PLC
("Red Rock" or the "Company")
Update on Certain Transactions
22 September 2025
Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development
company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons
principally in Africa and Australia announces an update on the sale
reported on 12th September 2025 (the "Sale") and the rescheduled purchase
payment announced on 21(st) July 2025 and due to be paid to Power Metal
Resources PLC on 19(th) September 2025 (the "POW payment")..
The cash component of the consideration for the Sale has been duly received by
the Company and the POW payment has been duly made.
Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "The potential sale of certain gold
assets in Ivory Coast, in respect of which the Company received exclusivity
payments, is finalising documentation and assuming the parties remain ad idem
as to indicative terms would be ready for execution shortly. Given the rise in
the gold price, the Company would in any case be unlikely to extend
exclusivity beyond mid-October.
The Company also is expecting to be in a position to provide an update as to
developments in the DRC and other progress."
