India's Regaal Resources jumps 33% in trading debut

** Shares of Regaal Resources REGL.NS climb 33% to 136 rupees in trading debut, valuing the company at 13.97 bln rupees ($159.7 mln)

** Stock touched 141 rupees on National Stock Exchange of India in pre-open trade, 38.2% higher than IPO issue price of 102 rupees

** Agro-processing co's 3.06 bln rupees IPO was fully subscribed on first day of bids

** IPO comprised fresh issue of shares worth 2.1 bln rupees and sale of 9.4 mln shares by existing shareholders

** Proceeds from issue of fresh shares will be used to repay borrowings and other corporate purposes
