** Specialty starch manufacturer says rotor and fan of a 10-MW turbine at its newly commissioned manufacturing facility in India's Bihar state were damaged on August 26
** Adds turbine repair, installation and recommissioning is expected to be completed by around September 30
** Co says repair cost estimated at about 90 million rupees ($940,414) and damage is covered by insurance
** Stock up 18.7% YTD
