    ** Co enters agreements with Beau Resources Pty Ltd to
secure options to acquire East Ponton Future Metals Project in
Western Australia
    ** Says the tenement package at the project is highly
prospective for rare earth elements, lithium and gold
    ** As of last close, stock up 3.2% this year
