** Shares of Australia's Regis Resources  RRL.AX  rise as
much as 3.6% to A$6.040, their highest level since early-Feb,
2016
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday gain since Sept 13, on
track to record its sixth consecutive week of gains, if trend
holds
    ** Residential aged-care services provider enters agreements
to acquire two residential aged-care homes from Australia based
Ti Tree Operations 
    ** Adds deal for A$35.5 mln ($24.15 mln)
    ** Acquisition is expected to be EPS accretive in FY25 - RRL
    ** Stock has fallen 9.2% this year, as of 0118 GMT
