BUZZ-Australia's ReNerve rises on securing up to A$5 million funding facility ** Shares of Australia's ReNerve RNV.AX gain 5.1% to A$0.083, their highest level since June 22
** Shares on track for biggest intraday pct gain since June 16, if gains hold
** Medical devices co says it has secured a convertible note funding facility from specialist financial and investment firm RiverFront
** Adds the loan, which can later be converted into shares, is worth up to A$5 million ($3.47 million)
