Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the
maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, announces that Mrs
Dina Dasani, wife of Shatish Dasani, a Non-Executive Director of Renew, has
notified the Company that earlier today she purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company at a price of 664p per share.

 

As a result, Shatish Dasani, and connected parties, resultant holding in the
Group is 19,000 shares representing 0.024% of the issued share capital.
