Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the
maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, announces that it
was notified on 1 May 2026 by Stephanie Hazell, Non-Executive Director, that
certain purchases of shares have been undertaken historically as a result of
an automatic dividend reinvestment instruction in her broking account. The
