Sale of Shared Ownership Portfolio Update


 


Residential Secure Income plc (“ReSI” or the “Company”) provides an update on the proposed disposal of its Shared Ownership portfolio, further to its announcement on 14 August 2026.


 


Completion has been delayed beyond the previously anticipated date of 30 September 2026 pending further technical verification relating to one property in the portfolio. The Company and the proposed purchaser continue to work towards completion, although a revised completion date cannot yet be confirmed.


 


The Company continues to target net consideration of approximately £13.5 million, consistent with previous guidance, subject to completion accounts adjustments and the previously disclosed retention arrangements. Completion remains subject to satisfactory resolution of the outstanding matter and finalisation of transaction documentation.


 


The Board remains focused on completing the disposal and returning available capital to shareholders as part of the Company’s managed wind-down. Further announcements regarding the disposal and subsequent distributions will be made as appropriate.
