Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

 

Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute or the Company) (ASX/LSE:RSG) advises that
Thomas May has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective
immediately.

Mr May is an accomplished finance professional with experience in corporate
governance and financial management. He is an Associate at Western Australia
based corporate advisory firm Straight Lines Consultancy, specialising in the
provision of corporate services to listed companies. Mr May serves as Company
Secretary for ASX listed mining services company, Dynamic Group Holdings
(ASX:DDB), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from The
University of Western Australia, as well as a governance qualification from
the Governance Institute of Australia.

Following the appointment, both Thomas May and Sam Wright will serve as Joint
Company Secretaries. Tim Whyte has resigned as Joint Company Secretary. Both
Messrs May and Wright will be responsible for communications with ASX in
relation to Listing Rule matters under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
