Issue of Equity

As announced in the Appendix 2A announcement made by the Company on 23
November 2021, the Company has issued and allotted 38,814 ordinary shares of
no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested
performance rights.

Application for admission of these shares to the Official List (Standard
Segment) and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE is being made and
admission is expected at 8.00am on or around 6 December 2021.
