Resolute Operational Update - Bibiani sale consideration

 
 

Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute or the Company) (ASX/LSE: RSG) is pleased to
advise that it has received payment of the third and final tranche of $10
million for the sale of the Bibiani Gold Mine in Ghana from Asante Gold
Corporation (Asante). The Company and Asante are in commercial discussions
regarding payment of the environmental bond and interest (see ASX Announcement
"Half Year Financial Results and Accounts" dated 25 August 2022 for further
details).
