Sale of Orca Shares

 

Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute or the Company) (ASX/LSE: RSG) has agreed to
sell its 39,092,233 common shares in Orca Gold Inc (Orca) to Perseus Mining
Limited for total consideration of ~US$13.7 million.

The sale was executed at C$0.4476 per Orca share representing the 10-day VWAP
of Orca on the TSX-V to 28 January 2022.

The sale of Resolute's holding in Orca was undertaken as part of Resolute's
strategic focus on its core operating assets and to strengthen the balance
sheet.
