Resolute Mining Limited (Resolute or the Company) (ASX/LSE: RSG) advises that Amber Stanton has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 23 July 2021. The Board would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Ms Stanton for her service and contribution to the Company.
 
Resolute is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Steenhof as Company Secretary with effect from 23 July 2021. Mr Steenhof is Resolute's Senior Legal Counsel and has extensive corporate governance and energy and resources experience gained during his 11 years at leading international law firms, where he advised ASX-listed and global resources companies.
