** Shares of Resource Base Ltd  RBX.AX  climb as much as 30%
to A$0.13, seeing their best day since Sept. 27, 2021
    ** Miner says achieved milestone of delivering mineral
resource estimate at one of its mines called EL007647, a part of
its Mitre Hill rare earths element project in Australia
    ** Says it will test further extensions of REE
mineralisation the project
    ** Stock hits highest level since Aug. 23
    ** More than 429,673 shares change hands, around 5X the
30-day average volume 
    ** Stock up 17.7% this year, as of last close
