Board Change

 

 

Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of digital and information
management and secure lifecycle services, announces that, after almost four
years of service, Neil Ritchie, Chief Financial Officer ('CFO'), has notified
the Board of his intention to step down as CFO in order to pursue other
business interests.

Neil will remain as CFO and as a Director of the Company and continue to
support the Group through his six month notice period, which will end no later
than 13 December 2023. A search for Neil's successor has been initiated and a
further announcement will be made in due course.

The Board would like to thank Neil for his contribution to the business as a
Director and CFO of the Group, and wishes him well in the future.
